COLLECTION & SELF SETUP

Although there is nothing that can beat a professionally set up and run equipment, live event or conference with one of our top quality technicians, or lighting and sound engineers, there are occasions when this may not suit you. If you want to hire just one or two lights, a set of speakers, already have a DJ, want an evening of Karaoke for a house party, need a screen or projector and PA for a presentation or product launch or simply fancy having a go yourself, then we offer the opportunity to hire all the equipment you need.

Much of our equipment is relatively simple to use and is supplied in good condition with all necessary connecting and power leads (but not mains extension cables). We offer a basic explanation of how it works when collected or delivered.

Although we endeavour to supply the item described whenever possible, we reserve the right to supply alternative equipment of an equal or greater specification if unavailable. We are always adding to our hire stock with the latest technology, so if there is something that you need but don’t see listed, please contact us.

DELIVERY & SETUP SERVICE

If you don’t have the time to collect and return the equipment yourself, don’t have transport large enough or are worried about the technical issues in setting it up, we offer a service, where we will drop off and collect the rented equipment from the venue of your choice.

We can also set it up for you, optimised to the surroundings. The charge for local delivery or collection is dependent on your location and will be quoted on; for locations more than 150km away, we may charge an additional accommodation fee to ensure we provide a safe working environment for our employees. If you also wish us to set it up as well as deliver it and then take it down after the event, prices start from R400 for one of our small packages. Please ask for a quote for your particular requirements.
